Hey Lovelies, so in Australia it is the beginning of Spring, where the flowers blossom, every garden is beautiful and where it starts to get warmer giving winter a kick in its own butt. So if you live in Australia especially Victoria you have probably realised that that spring heat hasn't really kicked in, some days are warm but then it goes straight back to cold again. So we need to prepare for the real spring, the warmer spring so today I am telling How To Get Ready for Spring!!
As I said spring is when the flowers blossom, flowers don't just blossom in gardens, they blossom on clothes too. On Skirts, Dresses, T-shirts, Singlets, Headbands and Shoes. And who doesn't love looking the part. Spring is about floral. All shops get filled with clothes with a floral pattern or floral accents because that is the vibe of spring. Like Autumn is dark warm colours and summer is bright in your face colours and spring is floral, relaxed but bright colours. Pastels. So if you want to be spring ready you need to be apart of that vibe, let flowers blossom on you, grab a flower crown, a floral skirt or dress because we know everyone can rock that whatever colour skin you have, weather your tall or short or weather you are curvier than others. So this spring I would go into a shop of your choice and get something, something you love, something that you'll wear and something that you don't want to wash because you want to wear it everyday (but please wash it whatever it is. Except if it is a flower crown, please don't wash them!!) But don't throw out your warm clothes yet because spring is very unpredictable, one day it will be steaming hot then the next you will feel like your in antarctica so don't get rid of your warmer clothed YET.
Along with the flowers blossoming in your room and on your clothes you have to let your room blossom. Your room still looks dull and boring since winter but now you need to change that by adding small decorations, floral accents and pastels. Make your room feel spacious not cluttered, give it an airy feel, make it feel bright and alive not cozy and warm because those times are now over and when your hot and sweaty you don't want to be walking in to a hot and steamy room.
So that is my post today. Let me know if you would like a Spring DIY Room Decor also either tonight or tomorrow I will be posting this post but Autumn/Fall edition since in a lot of other countries it is currently Autumn and I want to make it fair for everyone. But I will see you guys very very very soon!
Love you all xx

HAUL!! | LUSH, TARGET & KIKKI K
Hello Beautiful Creatures, today I am doing a haul. I actually went shopping ages ago but just haven't written this yet. So about 3 weeks ago (whoops) I went shopping with my cousins and I stopped and bought some things from Target, Lush and Kikki K (an Australian stationery store) so today I am going to tell you guys what I bought!
KIKKI K:
From Kikki K I bought a small book that is called "One Sentence A Day" but it is also known as a "Q&A Journal" It is basically a journal where each and every day of the year there is a question you answer it then the following 2 years you complete the same questions on the same day. At the end of those 3 years you have a 3 year journal basically. Questions range from "When was the last time you went to the cinemas? Are you feeling energised? Why or Why not? etc etc etc.
TARGET:
From Target the first thing I got were these 2 notebooks that were only $1.50 each and they are a bubble gum pink colour. I love bright colours in the warmer weather and bubble gum pink is my favourite.
The next 2 things I got were books. I got Marcus Butlers Book (Hello Life) & Joey Graceffa's (In Real Life) I am currently half way through Marcus's Book and Im loving it, I can't wait to read Joeys Book!!
LUSH:
From Lush I got about 4 bath bombs and 1 Bubble Bar, I am so happy I got them because they smell amazing and look amazing (I have only used 1 so far)
The first Bath Bomb I got is the Sex Bomb, this bath bomb is pink and purple with a rose in the middle (I think it has blue in the middle swell, not fully sure though) and it smells amazing!! I have heard so many good reviews about this bath bomb and I can't wait to use it (Lush describes it as "If This isn't the sexiest bath you have ever had, We will eat our hats")
The next one I got is the Butterball Bath Bomb. This bath bomb smells really relaxing. I have heard so many good reviews especially from Zoe Sugg and Tanya Burr (quick interruption CONGRATS TO TANYA AND JIM!! If you didn't know they got married last week in secret but they have revealed and OH MY GOSH THEY ALL LOOK AMAZING now back to the haul) saying that it is so moisturising, nourishing and relaxing and lets say when I am having a down and bad skin day. I will be using this! (Lush describes it as "Tiny Silvers of cocoa butter melt in Vanilla and Ylang-Ylang Bath. Guaranteed to really soften you up")
Next Bath Bomb is one I have already used which is the Big Blue Bath bomb, This bath bomb is blue and it makes your water go full on blue (don't worry it doesn't stain the bath) it also has seaweed in it that sink to the bottom and look like chocolate sprinkles or dirt but it isn't so don't worry. (Lush describes it as "A good bath if you need to think, helps to clear the head. With refreshing Lemon, lavender and seaweed")
The last bath bomb I got was the Sakura Bath Bomb, it is a white bath bomb with specks of heaps of different colours, lets say I fell in love instantly. (Lush describes it as "Imagine the cherry blossom falling softly in a warm gentle breeze into your bath")
The bubble bar I got is the comforter. A bubble bar is basically when you only break a little bit off and crumble it under the tap resulting you to be able to use the bubble bar multiple times. The Comforter is purple and white swirls and smells like heaven. (Lush describes it as "This Bubble Bar wraps you in a fluffy pink blanket of blackberry bubbles to keep you safe and warm")
So that is my haul for today, just to let you guys know I am going great with my 90 day challenge but I will talk about that more in another post. Thats it for now. BYE!!!
LOVE YOU ALL xx

Hey Beauties, as I said yesterday in my August Favourites I was going to do a Chatty Talk Time/Thinking Out Loud today telling you something. That something is on Monday I am starting the 90 DAY CHALLENGE!!!!! I am doing this with my friend and we will be doing it from start to finish together. In the period of 90 Days I am going to...

- Be more Active
- Write More
- Post more blog posts
- Be more organised
- NOT do homework the night before its due
- Wake up Earlier
- Drink more water
So they are the things I'm going to do/improve over the course of these 90 days. Again I am starting on Monday (the 7th of September) and if you would like to come along for the journey with me do so!! Tweet or Instagram me photos, what you ate that day, you going for a workout. The 90 Day Challenge isn't just about working out and eating healthier the are just the most common you might only focus on being more organised. You don't have to do this either, I just want to do this so I am going to. As they say 'Don't dream it, do it' I am going to stop dreaming and do this. If you have something you want to change in your life or unhappy about something change it. If you are happy with everything about your self/in your life then don't do anything, if someone tells you to do something or puts you down don't listen. As long as your happy with yourself thats good enough. See you soon!
Love you all xx
Also stay tuned for daily tweets/Instagram posts about my progress. And Thank you so much to Alfie Deyes for inspiring me to do this, he would probably never see this but Alfie, you are such an inspiration to so many people with heaps of different things and I am not going to list them or I will be here FOREVER!! But thank you Alfie for everything, you have changed peoples lives and helped them to improve them, stay strong and stay happy.

PARADISE BLOSSOM SOAP/BODY WASH: Since its spring I can now use my new Soap!!!!!!!! I got a new soap from the supermarket (WoolWorths) that smells like flowers and roses and just like spring. I only have used to twice but I smell so springy... If thats a word... (if you didn't realise I like making up words). If you wanted to know the name of the soap is Paradise Blossom.
FOOD:
DRIED CRANBERRIES: The other day I had a small little container/box with yogurt, dried fruits and nuts. In this I discovered dried cranberries also known as Craisins my friend Hannah told me but these are amazing. AMAZING!!!!! They are so yum and I would eat a whole packet of them if I could but I can't, I don't have a whole packet. SUPERMARKET HERE I COME!!
SULTANAS: At one point I used to love sultanas then I hated them and I love them again, now that I am being healthier these are a great snack. They are surprisingly filling and as they may look yuck they are good. Also they can't be the fat and gooey ones, those ones are just ick.
BURRITO BOWL: This is more of a meal but I have loved this I have had this for lunch on weekends and sometimes for dinner but a burrito bowl is basically a deconstructed burrito. You have rice on the bottom and different condiments on top (e.g. carrot, corn etc)

Thinking Out Loud | School Camp, Blog Name & Posting... Again
Hey Beautiful Creatures, the first thing I would like to say is the reason I did not post on Sunday is because I along with Summer went to school camp on Monday and I spent all day Sunday packing and buying things I need for camp (I also did some other things aswell but I am not going to put my whole day into detail) Anyway Camp was so fun but so cold thankfully in 11 days it is spring!!! I ended up injuring my self twice once from stabbing my self in the finger WITH MY OWN FINGERNAIL!!! And it went quite deep aswell like how?! The other injury was I was on the Low Ropes course and it is basically a serious of obstacles mostly made with ropes and it is a team work activity where you do the obstacle with 2 other people spotting you on the sides just in case you do fall. I was on an obstacle that had ropes hanging with wooden triangles at the base that you step on and you had to get across to the other side. (they were hanging in the air) I was at the last one, I stepped onto it, It spun around shaking, I lost my grip and belly flopped on the ground, it hurt but i got back up. I really hurt my knee though which I spent today limping on. We went on the giant swing which is a huge swing where you get lifted up to a height that you are comfortable with, you pull a rope and you basically just drop and swing (you are held in with a harness) but it is SOO fun. The daredevil I am I went to the top (21 metres) but I have to say I was a bit disappointed, It was so so so so fun but as a daredevil I expected it to be more thrilling and scary where it wasn't scary at all, I was interested in the view honestly but I still loved it. I also persuaded Summer to go right to the top which she did and I was so proud of her but the faces people pulled were priceless!!! But apparently I had a normal expression which isn't exciting but again I had a great time! I also took some nice photos where in one of them according to summer it looked like we were in africa but we weren't so if you want me to post those photos let me know by commenting.
Another thing I wanted to talk about is my blog name. As you know this blog is called Thinking Out Loud and I have now changed my chatty talk times to be called thinking out loud and I am know thinking of changing my blog name entirely. I feel like Thinking Out Loud isn't unique enough so I am going to start brainstorming and if you have any ideas again let me know, please.
Thats it for today I am not going to say when I am posting next because I don't know. I am not sure about my posting anymore. Somedays I can't wait to write when others I feel like its a chore or a job that I have to do. So I am thinking that I will just post when I would like and when I feel like it. That doesn't mean posting only like once a month, I am going to try and post at least once a week but if I don't feel like it then I won't. Also I think by doing this I will have better quality blog posts some with pictures and photos. I also Have prepared some cooking posts but they probably won't be up for up for a while. But thats it for know. BYE
Love you xx

Chatty Talk Time | Posting and Changing Name
Hey Beautiful Creatures, Today I am going to do another chatty talk time. I didn't post on Sunday since I was out basically all day then once I got home I totally forgot so Im so sorry for that. First things first Posting, I am thinking of changing my schedule. I am deciding to post only twice a week on a sunday then any other random day not specifically scheduled, I hope this is ok with you but this will cause less post missing. So from now on I will be posting 2 days a week post likely Sunday and another day but it could just be 2 random days.
Also as you probably know, my blog is called Thinking Out Loud so I was thinking that I should change my Chatty Talk Times from being called Chatty Talk Times and now call them thinking out loud since I am basically thinking out loud. Telling you what I am thinking.
I got so angry the other day, I went to log into my Instagram and it said if I want to get back in I have to do something that involved having to have fricken Facebook, I don't have FaceBook. So there goes my Instagram. I have made a new one which is now @kkhope33 and make sure you follow my twitter which is the same, I am so disappointed but get excited for photos that I have taken personally.
I am also doing some cooking this weekend so I will be taking photos along the way and posting them on here along with the recipe. I am cooking a couple of things but they won't all go up at the same time.
As you already know I live in Australia, as you don't already know I live in Victoria (a state in Australia) in a couple of weeks I might be going to the Gold Coast (Queensland) because it is currently freezing and I want to go somewhere warm so if my family and I do decide to go I will be defiantly be doing some travel posts (e.g. what I pack, carry on essentials, outfit ideas, photos etc) I am also running out of post ideas so if you have any suggestions comments down below or tweet me @kkhope33
Thats it for today, I will see you when I post next which will be very very soon.
Love you all xx

Anxiety.
Hey Beautiful Creatures, this post is a bit different to my usual happy and cheery post this post is actually quite deep, serious and emotional to me. So no one knows this except for my mum but I suffer from anxiety. Some of you may be thinking I am saying this and doing this for popularity because Zoella did it but thats not true, she did inspire me to do this post but I do honestly suffer from anxiety. I suffer when I have to go to my dads. My parents split when I was young and both my mum and dad have re married. Its confusing the relationship with my step mum (my dads new wife) but I have never really liked her and her daughter (my step sister). My step sister used to bully me a lot, physically and mentally but now I have learnt to deal with it and stick up for myself. Also my step mum sort of has these chats with me that makes me feel uncomfortable, I know its for my own good and everything but I get scared that one of those talks are going to happen again. I don't get panic attacks but I am going to dads this weekend and when I think about it I start breathing really fast and my heart starts beating faster. Like now. I don't know why I get scared and anxious about going, because 2/10 of those times they have those 'chats'. So today is about telling you my story and what I do to control it.
1. If your getting anxious about something just breath, relax. Push that thought to the back of your mind and think about the good things. I live a terrible way, in the week instead of looking forward to something good in the week, I pinpoint the bad thing and dread it.
2. Look forward to something. When I go to my dads I always look forward to something even if its just like seeing my mum or writing a blog post.
3. Play Music. I don't know about you but playing music and dancing around relaxes me, I go full out crazy and just forget about it.
4. Read a book. Get sucked into a really good book, kick away reality for a while and live in the book your reading. Live their life for a while.
5. Talk to someone. I know that I talk to my mum, but saying this to you guys makes me feel so much better, just letting it out relaxes me.
6. Think to yourself why your anxious. I honestly don't know why I get anxious about going and what Im scared of. Is it my step mum? Step Sister? But all I know is that I don't want to go.
7. Take a relaxing bath or just have a nap in bed. Forget about everything.
8. Think about the one good thing. There has to be one, I know for this weekend it is that they just got 2 new dogs and I can't wait to meet them.
9. Exercise. Going for a run playing your music in the fresh air is SOO relaxing and your not just de-stressing
So most of those things were about forgetting about everything. I have suffered from anxiety for about 7 months now since I found out a bit more about my step family and having those 'talks'. I know that when I get all anxious I start biting my nails and shaking my legs and just puffing. I know that anxiety is now really common but it makes me feel really good letting this out and telling you. When I get anxious I am like half anxious and half telling myself that there is nothing to worry about because there isn't really. If you would like feel free to tell me your anxiety stories if you suffer in the comments because trust me it feels really good to let it out and tell someone. I would love to hear your stories but again only if you are comfortable. It actually helps me relax and calm down talking about it. Thats all for now though so remember to tell me your stories and your tips and I will talk to you soon.
Love you all xx
