Little Healthy Eating Guide

Hey Guys, So on my last post I said I was starting to try eat healthier and that I was going to do a post of what I have been eating so that is what I am going to do today. So I am going to make a list of somethings I would eat at home and the things I take to eat at school, What I have for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

SNACKS:

SCHOOL:

RECESS/SNACK:
- Muesli Bar
- Mandarin or Apple
- A couple of biscuits
- Rice Snacks (these snack things

HOME:
- Frozen berries
- Fruit - Orange, Mandarin, Apple, Strawberries, Grapes or a Pear
- Biscuits
- Yogurt & Muesli
- Muesli Bar
- Rice Snacks


BREAKFAST:
- Toast
- Special K (Cereal)
- Yogurt & Muesli
- Smoothie

LUNCH:

SCHOOL:
- Vegemite Roll
- Chicken Roll
- Crackers and Cheese

HOME:
- Salad Sandwich
- Toasted Sandwich
- Chicken Sandwich

DINNER:

Whatever my mum cook me!! :)

So that is a little menu of what I have been eating lately, yes I know that not all the things may be healthy but they are healthier than what i usually eat. SO... I will talk to you thursday
